The Hadron 640R is a dual-sensor thermal and visible camera module designed for seamless integration into Vision Aerial’s unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). Featuring a 640 x 512 resolution Boson thermal camera with industry-leading <20 mK thermal sensitivity and a 64 MP visible camera, this advanced imaging payload delivers high-resolution thermal and visual data for mission-critical applications.

Optimized for search and rescue (SAR), infrastructure inspections, and aerial surveillance, the Hadron 640R enhances situational awareness in low-light and complex environments. The module is fully integrated with Vision Aerial aircraft, leveraging the Qualcomm RB5 for AI-powered image processing. Additionally, for NDAA and TAA compliance, Vision Aerial supports the Open-Q™ 5165RB SOM, based on the Qualcomm QRB5165, ensuring secure, high-performance operations.

Designed with size, weight, and power (SWaP) efficiency, the lightweight 56 g module enables extended flight times, making it ideal for payload-limited aircraft. It supports full-resolution 60 Hz video output via USB or MIPI, with IP54-rated environmental sealing for durability in demanding field conditions.
