This position will require an organized, self-motivated individual with an adaptable, fast learning attitude. This hire will lead all electrical engineering efforts. As an early-stage company, we need someone capable of wearing multiple hats well and as our products are safety-critical, we need a candidate with a maniacal focus on detail.
What you’ll do:
- Electrical System Architecture development
- Project management
- Strong understanding of microcontroller achitecture & programming
- Circuit design
- Embedded systems design
- PCB layout and design
- Harness design
- FMEA
- Execute and/or assist in the integration of new technology
- New product development
- Assist service dept. with diagnosis & repairs
- Assist and report finding to the quality assurance team
- Production system design integration
- Test fixture design
- Manage RF/EMI testing
- Passion for learning
- Focus on physics first principles

- Programming experience (C++, QT, Python)

- Drone piloting experience
- Part 107 drone operators’ certificate
