INTRODUCTION
The additional software and hardware requirements of the current and planned feature sets of the payloads creates incompatibilities between legacy and current aircraft and payloads.
DESCRIPTION
The additional software and hardware requirements of the current and planned feature sets of the payloads necessitates that previous payloads(Mk2.0-Mk2.2) will not be compatible with the Mk2.3 and greater aircraft. Additionally Mk2.3 payloads will not be compatible with legacy aircraft(Mk2.0-Mk2.2).
RESOLUTION
To ensure compatibility between aircraft and payloads they will need to be updated in step. When updating the aircraft to the Mk2.3 version or greater all payloads will need to be sent in and updated at the same time. If new payloads are ordered for existing aircraft they will be built to the latest version standard. This will require an update of the existing aircraft to the Mk2.3 version or greater.

Customers will need to contact Vision Aerial regarding updates to their aircraft and payloads to the Mk2.3 or greater version.
