Before landing the aircraft, check the landing site environment to ensure it is clear of power lines, people, animals, etc.
1. If landing manually, extend the landing gear.
2. Land the aircraft (ideally on a level surface).
3. Disarm by holding the left joystick in the full down position for at least 3 seconds. If the vehicle has not taken off, hold the joystick down and to the left.
NOTE: To disarm more quickly if the system was armed but did not launch, hold the stick down and to the left.
4. If carrying a payload, remove it by unplugging the electrical connections and unlocking the mechanical ring. (See Payload Connection System.)
